Concrete Mixer Shaft End Seal Group Firstly,the lubricating oil acting as a seal fills in the each space before the concrete mixer starts to work.The electric pump automatically injects lubricating oil into the lubricating oil port at a certain pressure and extrudes it to the inner side of the shell between the yellow glue and the lock shaft, so that space is always filled with lubricating oil. Secondly yellow glue and lock shaft play a role of sealing through the pressure formed by yellow glue fixed steel frame,which is also the main seal. The fixed clearance is divided into two parts here.One part is a closed oil chamber for a closed seal composed of a unidirectional sealing ring,the main body of the lock shaft,yellow and the shaft head shell.Another part is open fixed clearance. Thirdly the unidirectional sealing ring prevents the leakage of lubricating oil of yellow glue and shaft lock. The fourth is the sealing effect of the floating sealing ring.The sealing principle is as above. The fifth is the skeleton seal ring, to prevent the leakage of the lubricating oil in the inner cavity of the floating seal ring. This seal is great improvement over the previous method. 1.
